Andrew is an experienced personal injury attorney with a focus on representing dog bite victims in the metro Atlanta area. His interest and success in this area of personal injury law prompted the creation of the GeorgiaDogBiteLawyer.Com, a division of Smith, Welch, Webb, & White. Andrew, a partner at the firm, graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree in 2005. Prior to that, Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Andrew’s passion is representing people injured through no fault of their own and helping them receive the compensation they deserve. This passion covers all facets of personal injury law.  Andrew is also a fierce advocate for dog bite victims, supporting them through every step of the legal process. A veteran of jury trials and other legal matters in both state and federal courts, Andrew is willing to fight for what’s in his client’s best interest.

A native of Clayton County, Andrew now lives in Fayette County. Andrew was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Kinsley Grace Foundation and has served as a youth sports coach in one sport or another around the southside of Atlanta since 2010.  Andrew currently coaches roller hockey with the Peachtree City Hockey Association in Peachtree City.

Andrew has handled hundreds of cases in both State and Federal Court across Georgia, including both civil and criminal matters in the following counties: Henry, Fayette, Coweta, Clayton, Fulton, Butts, Bibb, Jones, Cobb, Gwinnett, Newton, Rockdale, Forsyth, Floyd, Washington, and Walton counties.
