Andrew is an experienced personal injury attorney with a focus on representing dog bite victims in the metro Atlanta area. His interest and success in this area of personal injury law prompted the creation of the GeorgiaDogBiteLawyer.Com, a division of Smith, Welch, Webb, & White. Andrew, a partner at the firm, graduated from Georgia State University College of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree in 2005. Prior to that, Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Andrew’s passion is representing people injured through no fault of their own and helping them receive the compensation they deserve. This passion covers all facets of personal injury law.  Andrew is also a fierce advocate for dog bite victims, supporting them through every step of the legal process. A veteran of jury trials and other legal matters in both state and federal courts, Andrew is willing to fight for what’s in his client’s best interest.

A native of Clayton County, Andrew now lives in Fayette County. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Kinsley Grace Foundation since 2015 and has served as a youth sports coach, in one sport or another, since 2010.
